Brenna Crowson is a certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer, fitness coach, avid runner and 1st degree black belt in San Shin Kai Karate. She held the North Carolina State record in the 5k distance, 45-49 age bracket at 18:53. She recently ran the New York City Marathon and has qualified to run the Boston Marathon.
Brenna is an adjunct professor at both Meredith College and Peace College where she leads young women through an intense karate and self defense course prepared by Karate International.
Her passion is finding ways to ignite the fitness light in others’ lives through motivational training and healthy lifestyle coaching. For nearly 9 years, Brenna traveled with Interactive Fitness Trainers of America certifying Fitness Professionals across the country in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Indoor Studio Cycling and Flexibility Training. She is certified by ACE, IFTA, Johnny G. and Karate International.
Brenna currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and two grown children.
